End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and YellowBall for the YellowBall software product(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").

License Grant

YellowBall grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may install and use the Software on a single computer or device.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or modify the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices
  • Use the Software for commercial purposes without a license

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.
