User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments and Country Availability
YellowBall uses dLocal Go as its payment processing provider for tournament entry fees, class bookings, and subscriptions. Payments and refunds are processed through dLocal Go's secure payment platform.
Player accounts are available in all countries. However, organizer, coach, and club accounts are only available in countries supported by dLocal Go, because these roles receive payouts through dLocal Go.
Currently supported countries are: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy
- Transmit any material that you do not have a right to transmit
- Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
